I would honestly give no stars if possible!! I placed an order on the 10th payed for delivery that said would be 2 to 3 days... 3 days past I contacted customer service and was informed there was a delay and would be with me by next week. Next week came still no delivery! Messaged again to be told my dress wouldn't be back in to stock until the 28th that would be 4 weeks!! They asked if I wanted a different colour or to wait I said no as the occasion I needed it for had passed! I asked for a full refund including the delivery I had paid for and guess what all the messages have stopped!!! No refund or response now!! They shouldn't let you order stuff out of stock without informing you it is! Horrible customer service now they have my money and won't give it back. Wouldn't recommend

I have ordered nearly my full wardrobe from Ikrush on tiktok shop. Everything i have got has been perfect all true to size the quality is fantastic and the price is even better. From jumpers /trousers to jumpsuits. Will continue to use and recommend to my friends.

Lovely set! I have been giving many compliments whilst wearing this set. I am a 12-14 and ordered the M/L. I bought black but will buy more colours! Great for Spring, Summer and Autumn. Can be dressed up with wedges or worn with flats.

Poor quality, sent out wrong size , box they arrived in was damaged , the quality of the material they was made from very poor , Disgusting customer service advisors Pay out of own pocket to return as it gets taken out of the refund Shocking lies they tell to cover up there mistakes Company is a fake and a SCAM Don’t value customers All round poor shop , and poor customer service Paid extra for next day delivery didn’t turn up next day no refund for late delivery was given or offered Rude staff

I have used IKrush a good few times over the past 5 years and had nothing but great service, but recently as I was trying to place an order I couldn’t seem to checkout I think it was me being having a blonde moment, I messaged customer service and they were fabulous extremely helpful in every way. I managed to place my order and received my shoes the next day. Absolutely fantastic service and i highly recommend.

Great customer service from start to recieving my parcel, jacket was a lovely quality and for 20 pounds it was amazing, will defo be buting from this site again, and great fast delivery as well and always a pleasure to listen to the girls on there lives nothing is to much bother for them either x
