Awful experience, sent my parcel back over 2 weeks ago, I have the tracking email and it stated it was delivered 16 days ago! No email, nothing. Emailed customer service multiple times and they keep telling me “you will get an email within 14 days of receiving your parcel” even though I’ve told them multiple times I’ve had NO EMAIL ITS BEEN LONGER THAN 14 DAYS. I WOULD AVOID!! Still have not got my refund! So now will be taking it further.

I ordered a black Tote bag from IKRUSH and was looking forward to using it. Ive had it a couple of weeks now, and went to use it today, only to find white mould spots all on the inside of the bag- i was disgusted!! Unfortunately i dont think i will be able to return the item, and also cannot be bothered with all of the messing round. You should really quality check your products before you send them out to your customers, as a bag riddled with mould spores is not acceptable at all. I have ordered a few times from yourselves, but wont be buying nothing from IKRUSH anymore And before you respond back to me, just to let you know, the item hadnt been opened at all until today when i checked it. It arrived in a dust bag, and i still had the bag wrapped up, so the mould has not been caused by anything i have done. The item was The Tote Bag in black. Very disappointed !!

My trainers arrived very quickly and was so pleased with them. They look exactly like they do on the website but better. So reasonable but look as good as ones 8 times more expensive! They fit really well and are so comfortable. I will be buying another pair. Would certainly recommend

Have placed the order few days ago, straight away noticed that paypal had autofill the old address, I have contacted customer service to ask to change the address, unfortunately got the answer just next day that parcel is shipped and that I have to contact DPD myself. Tried to contact DPD they’re not talking with me. I have paid 10£ for delivery and no help. Not happy at all.

I’m usually skeptical about buying shoes from these sites where they look great online but the quality isn’t great. Safe to say I was stunned to speak when I received my order, the quality of the shoes for the price is amazing. I ordered 4 pairs of summer sandals and they are STUNNING. Size 5 fits perfect not too small or too big which sometimes you find. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!
