Expect bad customer service and non working compatible items
I Order my toner like I always do from Quickship. I have been with them for years, never really any issues. I've been using them for both of my businesses without a problem. I just clicked on the easy Reorder button from my order history, but I received different product. I called customer service, they said no problem it's compatible, so they had me open two boxes of toner (I ordered 5) both not working. They said no problem we will send you the correct ones like you always had. That's great because that's what I wanted and paid for. The new order came in, but exactly the same toner as the previous order, all 5 incorrect. After one hour I was able to talk to supervisor to find out what's going on. They said, this is what they have right now and that's all what they can send out, even if they would loose my business. They don't care seems like it. Someone higher up needs to take charge of what the customer service reps are informing people about. On top of that I was told I had to pay for shipping them back (returning the toner for credit) if I wanted a refund. I'll take my business else where after years. Business owners, don't take your business to QuickShip. They don't care about customer service when there is an issue. BTW Quickshiptoner.com and inkcartridges.com are the same company. So stay away from both.

Never delivered, won't answer emails or return phone calls. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Total scam. Said next day delivery.

Ordered and paid more than a month ago on 7/8/24. No sign of shipment. Web chat does not work as part of the scam. No reply to my messages over the web site. Cannot pass answering machine. There is no way to get in contact. Do not deserve even 1 star.

Placed and order and waited over 2 weeks for nothing. Even though they billed my card, the person I spoke with had no record of the order. Called card to cancel and ordered again. a week later the first order came in and another 2 weeks and the 2nd order arrived. Tried getting in touch with them to send one back and there is no one to help. These people are criminals. DO NOT do business here

This guys are ridicules, kept me order for 3 weeks and did not ship even tough they showed 7 available in stock. Spoke with customer service after 2 weeks and she said that she is going to ship it from a diffrent warehouse, never received the item, had to call after 3 weeks to cancel the order, would never order from them again

My credit card was charged the day I ordered a cartridge. Today,Two weeks, and many futile phone calls and emails later I canceled my order. Now, after reading other reviews, I may as well be proactive and call my credit card company immediately. Wish I had found these reviews BEFORE ordering from them. Thanks to all who take the time to warn others.

I have ordered a lot of toner from this company never had an issue until now. The toner I received was not the toner on the packing slip. Called customer service and they acted like they would refund me as long as they could see a picture and then suspiciously couldn't receive the picture. I'm I did pay for their mistake with no refund to me. 100% not recommended

I bought a toner, and they charged my credit card. 21 days later still no toner. No response to several VM messages or EMail Messages. I've ended up disputing it through my credit card. Was this just a scam to get my CC info?

UPDATE 7/17/24: I have now reported QuikShip Toner to the BBB. We'll see what happens. So far, the BBB hasn't been able to contact them either. I placed an order for 2 toner cartridges on May 7, 2024 and paid in full at the same time. I have NEVER received my items. I have left numerous messages that have NEVER been returned. My items showed "in stock" when I ordered them, but later found out, after many attempts that were actually on back order. I did not receive any communication regarding this. I'm still fighting to get our money back. I will NEVER use this company EVER again! I went straight to inkcartidges.com and had a great experience. They will be getting all of my business from now on. QuickShip Toner is absolute garbage!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They advertise shipment in 1-4 days. Now, 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the toner. I called them, no answer. If you "hold" to speak to an agent, the system cuts you off after a certain period of time and asks you to leave a message. Still, no one calls you back. Worse when I logged into PayPal to request a refund the PayPal page indicated "automatic payments" and a company, Bolt Financial, was listed on the page. I had no idea I was signing up for automatic payments.
