My first call to raise the issue I was having was capably handled by the agent who took the call. She told me I had White Glove service, took some information and then connected me with Tere. Tere was very patient, understanding and helpful. She had great ideas and advised me of important information. Although we didn't entirely solve the mystery of what is happening (still waiting for an update from the lender who contacted me), I am confident after working with Tere that my identity has not been stolen and I am not at risk. Tere advised me that I can have her monitor for 90 days, which I authorized. I have been paying for Identity Guard for about ten years and never have had an issue that required me to call on the company. I am so happy that when I actually needed the help, it was there and exceeded my expectations as to capability.

Identity guard emailed me about a suspicious account After discussion we contacted the institution to report the fraud and Identity Guard walked me through all I would need to do to protect my identity and credit. This process was made easy by giving me step by step instructions on how to contact various institutions and law enforcement.
