You notified me that my home title was changed at 10:53pm. I called and nobody but credit card scams were available and I should call back in the morning. Why did it take so long to notify me as town hall closes at around 5PM. I could not sleep thinking my home title was scammed. You freaked me out with bad info. I have paid you monthly for monitoring for several decades. With something as serious as my home being taken i feel you should have called me . After this I would never recommend Idenity Guard.

No one can help me reset my password, I haven't been able to login for two months now. I'm getting charged every month for service I pay for!

Dose a great job of keeping an eye my accounts

Really good but the financial monitoring is lacking. The system will not link with the customers financial accounts. Therefore, accounts are not being monitored for suspicious activity.

For the amount of money I spent I think that a "free" personal consultation should not expire. Experian seems to be finding things on the dark web more thoroughly and quickly, too.

It wasn’t bad I just thought it was OK you got it catch you later I don’t know I just didn’t seem very professional they were very friendly very kind but it just seem like they were distracted and they just wanted to get done with the call OK you got it not really taking a few minutes to explain what I just had purchased and I just think it was a time of night I’m not sure again they were very friendly and very kind but just like going to McDonald’s here is your Burger see you later
