Identity Guard was the highest rated and came with several options, all of which were very affordable

My family signed up. But, there is very little instruction or prompting to get maximum benefit. Our SS#,s were used 3 times over the past 2 months to receive unemployment benefits. No notification of the events were identified. I’ll need to call “the White Glove Service” to ask how I can best use this service.

I signed up for their most expensive plan becuse it claimed it covered 401k monitoring. When i tried to enter my 2 401k plans they would not take it. I called and was told that at that time they do not cover those plans. which were troweprice.com and financialengines.com from Edelman Seems like false advertising, I will be cancelling and going with another company

Courteous and helpful and knowledgeable representatives, easily understood & explained the programs clearly. Patiently answered all of our questions. No hard sells. Reasonably priced, price increase stability after enrollment and the ability to add family members without a price increase.

For me this service is worthless. I try to connect and my service is so slow that I time out any verification codes before I can input them. I am LOCKED OUT ALWAYS!!

Online service seems good. But app on phone does not work which is very disappointing. I may cancel service if I can’t get help
