I haven’t heard from them except to keep asking how they are doing. I don’t know.

I have emailed several times about not being able to add my signifant other, who resides in the same house, to my family plan. I have received 1 email in response that told me to do the same things that I’d already said I’d done. Nothing further. I’m thinking of cancelling my plan. Not very efficient.

From what I have seen having just signed up, I am well pleased. After I see how it goes after a year, then I would be able to rate hiring if I stayed this pleased. Let's see after a year. Thank you.
