Fast service. If something is messed up because of slow internet and browser errors, they solve the problem quickly. They do business class bookings that other sites don't do. Booking is active longer time than on other similar sites.

The quality of service has significantly declined lately. While it used to be efficient, the last two transactions have been disappointing. For instance, what was meant to be a reservation delivered within 1-3 hours took a staggering 15 hours to process. Additionally, despite being promised a 14-day active period, the service is already inactive after just 7 days, making it impossible to verify. The customer service experience has worsened considerably. It feels as though only one person, Michael, is managing everything, leaving customers with inadequate support and unresolved issues. I felt threatened when they warned that my last reservation would be canceled unless I removed the negative comment. I ended up deleting the old one because I was afraid my flight wouldn't be verified otherwise. It's disappointing that expressing legitimate feedback led to such intimidation tactics. Companies should value constructive criticism, not resort to coercive measures to silence customers. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism.

I received the reservation after 7 hours. They say they're available for 24/7/365 but I texted them, emailed them, and called them with zero response.

Good team and good experience

I am very old customer for them. Many of their flight itineraries are not verifiable after 2 days, in many cases not verifying after one day. Whenever, I complained, they replied we have sent your inquiry to our technical team. after that nothing , no reply, no solution from their side.
