Stupid website, stupid behaviour from the staffs.. Vfs checked on day 6 and ticket was invalid.. emailed them multiple times .. didn’t reply initially for 5 days.. then replied on day 13 saying it will be valid for another 1 day as per commitment. Where was your commitment when vfs checked the ticket.

My experience with them is very good, they were very helpful and quick to resolve the problems if any.

Quick customer service response is always a big plus.
