I have concerns to book flight reservation on my preferred airline, I contacted them and ask will I can get booking on my preferences then they check first for me and allow me to do that, so That I got flight itinerary with respect to my demand. i think that is just fine

I don't even think this site is real. It's probably a scam. My wife used it to book a flight reservation for a visa appointment with the Spanish consulate. First of all, she requested the 2 hours service but they've sent her a booking reservation almost 12 hours later. Secondly, they wrote her name and our son's name wrong and they also wrote the wrong return date so she had to ask them to change it. They never replied and by then the appointment at the embassy was due so we had to risk it and buy the actual tickets. My wife contacted them to request a refund then they responded lying that they sent the updated documents as soon as she requested them. That was all a lie as the email never came through; they only responded because she asked for a refund. The funny thing is that even when they ended up sending the updated documents (the day after the appointment day), they got the names correctly but still got the return date wrong. My wife told them she didn't want their reservation anymore because they've sent it after the appointment and we already bought the real tickets. They said the case was under observation by their refund department (if they even have one) which will update her ASAP but they never came back to her. It's been like this since the 22nd July. They don’t pick up calls and their chat boat doesn’t even reply. The people who are writing nice reviews here are probably the ones behind this site
