whatsapp groups i have found this service incredibly lacking and not worth all the raving they receive. We are emigrating with an infant and needed way more attention and care from a travel agent. In our chaos wen I tried to ask questions on the 'group' (that I was redirected to when I tried to ask questions directly), I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and would get curt one word replies, if any response at all.

Your phone line service that was totally disrupted, and ticket validity issues occurred from airline. it seems totally fake so updated segments is needed for reservation.
