Reçu la montre dans une boite TISSOT d'occasion. J'ai du coup de gros doutes sur la montre en elle-même qui doit surement être une deuxième main. Le service client ne veut rien savoir et m'invite à faire un renvoi avec frais (45 dollars + frais d'envoi). Je ne reviendrai pas.

Very good so far

Watch arrived and the unboxing revealed the beautiful timepiece I had ordered. It did not disappoint. Well packaged and in excellent shape. It is keeping great time and all that is left for me to do is size the bracelet. I am overall very happy with my new watch and will buy from WatchMaxx again in the future.

Pre-purchase customer service was terrible and overall useless. Didn’t try to understand the questions, no effort in answers, borderline rude. Very disappointing experience. The rest of the purchase was OK, as long as you know what you need and have a better knowledge than customer service (which doesn’t seem hard) Edit: not sure i understand the answer to my review. Nobody explained anything, the agent (“myriam”) answered my question by sending me the web link to the watch (no words, just sending back the link to the watch I was asking questions about 🤨). She didn’t follow up on my next email and no manager reached out. Looks like there is some miscommunication going on in the customer service team, and this is another example.
