I placed an online order 2/4/20 for an "in stock" item and was emailed an order confirmation with estimated delivery between 2/6 and 2/13. A week later on 2/11, I called about the order status. The customer service rep said that ONE is expected to arrive by the end of the week and that it would be shipped out and delivered to me the following week. Another week goes by and I called again on 2/19 about the order status. This time the rep said that it is out of stock and I should expect an email with the order status details within 24 to 48 hours. I never received any such email because it was never sent. I called back 2 days later on Friday 2/21, but they were already closed for the day. The following Monday 2/24, I called and spoke with "Mindy" who finally cancelled my order. At the time I placed my order, the item was listed as being IN STOCK. But obviously, that was not the case. They seem to allow you to place orders on "out of stock" items and then don't give you order status updates so you end up waiting and waiting and waiting for your watch to be delivered. Meanwhile, they don't even have your watch ready to ship. This makes them appear as being incompetent at best and shady at worst. For a business that claims to have 20 years experience, this is inexcusable and very unprofessional! This was a horrible buying experience and I will never again give them my business. I advise anyone not to buy from these scammers/liars. Pay a little bit more and buy your watch from a reputable dealer.

I purchased a Movado from them about a year ago. I have nothing but great things to say. They e-mailed me a detailed order receipt. I also had a few questions, and they promptly answered them for me. Watch was delivered in a timely fashion, and is authentic, as it had it checked at another watch dealer in my neighborhood. Looking at a few of the negative reviews, it seems like at least one of them is just entitled. You couldn't be at home to sign for your package, so you give this place a negative review?? Ridiculous. Grow up. Work it out with UPS. I'll be purchasing from the again.

Never buy Tissot watches from them, they are not an authorized dealer, therefore it's not covered by Tissot sales warranty. I bought a Tissot from them three months ago and need to get it repaired, I need to pay for it because they are not an authorized dealer. If I bought from an authorized dealer it'd be all covered!

awful awful customer service! they are beyond rude!! the package needed signature and I was not able to stay home to do that!!! They didn't do anything to make this convenient for me at all!! I ended up being on the phone with customer service, UPS and driving 50 miles to pick up the package from the "closest" UPS center in LA !!! I will avoid watchmaxx and UPS for sure

Here are the facts: Watch purchased – 22 Feb 2018 Import duty paid to FedEx – 25 March 2018 Watch failed – 24 Aug 2018 Watch returned for repair under warranty – 17 Oct 2018 Empty package received from UPS – 5 March 2019 Watch was lost or stolen.

I contacted the site about a watch that was out of stock. I was pleasantly surprised that they (Debbie) replied the next day noting that they were unlikely to get that model watch again. I appreciated the quick reply and the honest feedback.
