I ordered a pair of gucci sunglasses. Fast delivery and good product. I was happy to get it cheaper than usual. I got it for $ 330 instead of $ 680.

The service at WatchMaxx is impeccable. My suggestion is that WatchMaxx encourages fitting each band themselves. I have had a tough time finding a good horologist to take out links. I would trust WatchMaxx with the process, however. I would have taken advantage of the opportunity with more encouragement from WatchMaxx. Otherwise, the product was beautiful and as advertised. Very happy with the purchase.

Purchased a watch from this site because of the huge discount, easy returns, warranty and guaranteed authentic merchandise they claim. In the end none of that is true except the authentic merchandise. After calling them to inquire about the watch before purchasing I quickly became aware that they don’t actually stock most if any watches, they just outsource from actual authorized dealers or reps who decide to sell to them as they are not an authorized dealer. This is why you see on the website “ships in 2-4 weeks” etc. , because they don’t know exactly when a real authorized dealer or rep will have the watch. Regardless of this, the price was so good I chose to purchase the watch from them. Shortly after I needed to return it. Long story short, they are extremely difficult to get in touch with when you want to return. It’s not an “easy” process at all. It is also quite pricey with the restocking fee they charge. It Took a month before I got my refund. The prices are great but the service and quality are not worth it. I wouldn’t use or recommend this site to anyone.

I ordered the watch on April 22nd and was given an expected delivery date of April 25th - April 29th. I was told by someone named Jake (via email) that the watch shipped on Thursday April 28th and that it should arrive on Friday April 29th. I paid for next day shipping. The label was created on the 28th, but it did not get shipped until Monday May 3rd. I understand that an email was sent to me with the tracking number, but the item never shipped when I was told it would. Once I received the watch, it was not sized at all and there was a note explaining that the size I requested was the same size as the bracelet. The watch does not fit despite my using your watch sizing instructions. Also, the model reference number and serial number are not recognized by Breitling when I tried to register it on their website.

WARNING do NOT buy a timepiece from this company. They do not include official documents such as INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY cards. Contacted them twice but they refused to reply. NON EXISTANT customer service!

Very good service, fast delivery

Took eight weeks to get my order. Each time I would I would call to check on it, I was told it should be very soon. And that I’dget a call back or email to provide an update, never happened once after three tries. Like the watch, the service not so much. Remove me from your email list, no more orders coming your way....EVER.
