Excellent Service, the merchandise was of good quality. I ordered the gift packaging, not sure, if I didn’t, how the chain would have arrived. A helpful hint would be to show your packaging. Would definitely use your company again. This was a gift for my grandson.

I waited a month for my cap and the hat has an unsightly open seam in the bill side of the cap-very visible!

I ordered a watch box, which was delivered very quickly. Sadly, poor experience with DHL. I changed the delivery day with DHL as I was out, but delivered anyway and was dropped over the fence and damaged. I contacted Trendhim customer service in the early evening and had an immediate response. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The same evening I had confirmation that a replacement would be sent the next day. Highly recommend and very happy customer.
