I hadn’t received my bracelet so I called and spoke to Amelle who was so polite and kind. She was very patient with me explained things to me. I received my bracelet today and called her back to let her know because she was just a pleasure to talk to.

Arrived on time. The watch was beautifully wrapped. The limited edition Dante ll is beautiful. Excellent gift for Father’s Day. If you want quality go with trendhim. Fully recommended. Thank you !

Two things the website said that were incorrect.... 1st: It said ships out same day when ordered on a week day before 4pm. 2nd: It said Free 3-6 day USPS shipping over $59. I ordered on monday the 8th at 1:30pm and they didn't ship out until next day. And shipping was free, however, they did not arrive until 14 days later which was 2 days late for the wedding I was in where I was expected to wear these suspenders.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing!!! They are quick to get back to you and solve the problem. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I would for sure use them again without hesitation. Can't wait to get my backpack now!! Thank you for making this purchase so easy and for solving my problem so quickly!!!

The product came as advertised. It was a quick turn around from purchase to arrival.

Trendhim is one of the best online retailers I have purchased from. First they have a 365 Day return policy which I just used. NOBODY offers that. And I can't remember a company that I sent a message to and got a response within 20 minutes and emailed back and forth for another 8 times with immediate response. STELLAR customer service. Don't let the Denmark location deter you. They make things easy. And not to mention the amazing styles they offer. Would highly recommend buying from them. This is my third time.
