Excellent customer service I experienced a problem, apparently unique to Canada, when ordering a particular item. Rachel in customer support was excellent. She helped me, over several days and numerous email, implement a solution. She was knowledgeable and patient, since I am not very adept at such things.

I couldn't ask for anything better. They have great products at the best quality. I have received multiple broken products, but they're customer service is the best, and I got replacements for free.

These products are really nice quality. I ordered 2 bracelets and the gift wrap feature and all of it looked and felt great. For a shipping timeframe, I placed the order on the 4th and it arrived on the 15th of the same month. Pretty good timing, especially during these times.

A bit concerned with the delivery time was not really receiving any updates

I was constantly checking the status of my package and I on the 13th it was stated that the package was delivered but nothing arrived.
