I have been using Freddie's flowers for a few months now I have a subscription service where I get a fresh bunch of flowers every three weeks. and I have also gifted their flowers. The packaging is lovely and there is so much attention to detail, the beautifully illustrated sheet that guides you through how to arrange your flowers and even a music sagestion to listen to whilst arranging them brings as much joy as the flowers themselves. The flowers are always well packaged and protected and I have never received any broken or damaged flowers. I have found that all of my arrangements have lasted at least three weeks if not more in some cases. Freddie's Flowers really do deliver not only beautiful flowers, but an uplifting and enjoyable experience every time they arrive.

Gift for friend. Apparently a lovely bunch, still going after 2 weeks.

Having been very impressed by their beautiful bouquets in the past, we chose Freddies Flowers to send to various relatives for Christmas. One of the orders glitched (technology!) but FF's customer service very quickly resolved the issue. The recipients were truly thrilled with the flowers they received.

Disappointed with quality of flowers

Ordered some flowers at Christmas to be delivered to a friend. She was delighted with them and the lovely complimentary vase which was gifted with her order. I love that you can view the flowers that are in the arrangement before ordering so you know just what flowers the recipient will receive.

Arrived on time and very happy with the flowers . Particularly like all quality of all the printed stuff that came with the flowers.

Beautiful flowers for Christmas but the amaryllis stems got top heavy and snapped after 6 days. Freddie’s were quick to respond and gave a refund.
