Amazing experience. Website is easy to navigate, easy buying process and so pleased with the flowers. Such a unique delivery and idea with being able to arrange the bouquet yourself. My friend absolutely loved them and I’m so happy that there was a decent amount of flowers too, I know some companies can be shy on that! Definitely will be buying again, if only more men knew about this site so I have a chance of receiving some myself 😛

Good flowers, but I don't trust them. UI increased the size of the order without telling me it had when I had tried to look at what the difference was. As an IT professional, I noticed later and requested the change back to classic, this was not actually actioned on the site, so I have overpaid twice. They will notify you of a delivery but only after it is too late to edit it. I am cancelling my account because their business practices are costing more than I can afford for things I am not available to use.

The flowers were beautiful and still look great.

We were given some alstromeria and chrysanthemums (among other plants) in mid-January with an expected life of 2 weeks. In fact they lasted over 6 weeks in bloom.

Bought my wife valentines flowers. She uses Freddies so was a no brainer. Quick and easy to order and delivered when they said. Was a great surprise when she opened them. Will 100% use again.....

I had some a problem ordering online because the system didn't like the delivery address, but I was able to speak to someone who sorted out the problem and arranged delivery for the following day - Valentine's Day - so I wasn't sure if this would be possible the day before.

I was grateful they arrived next day but for £55 I was expecting a lot more within the box. My partner also reflected back the same, £40 bunches of flowers at various other florists were much more full and lasted.

Beautiful bouquet of flowers that lasted, they’ve been on the window sill for a week and still look great!!

I ordered tulips for my sister in law to be delivered on 10 February. I was dismayed to hear she had received lilies - they were great quality and she was delighted. But they were not what I ordered. So rather sadly, I cannot leave a 5 star review
