Re started subscription and wow great as ever, easy and reliable, came on the hottest day of the year but they delivered early to avoid heat. I would have them all the time but unfortunately due to money and cost of living I just carnt afford this all year. They deserve full credit for their efforts and success. This is the second time that I've bought flowers for my wife from Freddie's. She loves them! Which is a result! I love that you can choose the delivery date. The flowers come well boxed, and once they're in water, with the food provided, they really come to life. The next few days there are lots of comments about how beautiful the flowers are. This was for my lovely sister’s 82nd birthday and recovering from Covid. She was delighted with your prompt service and several days later the flowers were amazing to view.

Ordered for my mum as a birthday present. She adored it and also really loved the postal packaging! Really well presented and kept me up to date with shipping dates and times.

Flowers not delivered on specific day requested when recipient was known to be home. Customer Care claimed courier fault - returned to depot and deemed as perishable - logistics would look into and refund take up to 10 days leaving both sender and recipient upset and disappointed. Would advise to go with reputable reliable flower company with better company service.
