Another awful experience, notification of a delivery that did not arrive at our address, despite us being in. Please can you refund my sister for the flowers that have not arrived.

Another winner!!! As always today’s box contained the freshest, most beautiful blooms in glorious colours! After taking down the Christmas decorations, my entrance hall looked very bleak and bare so when Freddy’s arrived, I was able to inject colour once more into this hallway! I think I can honestly say that I’ve never once had a box i wasn’t thrilled with - & I’m very picky …

Flowers always arrive in bud and end up looking just like they do in the picture. Never have any problems with delivery and frankly wouldn’t use anybody else. Recipients are always delighted with them.

The flowers are always a pleasure to receive and to send as gifts. They last some weeks, provided they are not displayed in full sunlight in a hot room. The colours and varieties are another pleasure

It is a real pleasure to receive fresh flowers every 2 weeks. They are always beautifully selected, with a variety of colour combinations and in excellent condition. There are often a few still going after 3 weeks in a vase. I enjoy the arranging guides and Freddie’s have always been really helpful on the rare occasions I have to contact them. I have had the fortnightly service for more than 2 years now and it brings me joy to see the Freddie’s box on the doorstep on delivery day.
