What great customer service! Matt was really helpful and spent some time explaining to me all aspects about the watches. No pressure to buy. I returned following week was assisted by Andrew and bought one of the watches. Very pleased with my purchase. Matt even followed up with a courtesy enquiry and clarified on a couple of my enquiries specific to the watch. That was really appreciated. Great customer care. So in summary, a Very happy customer. Great experience, very helpful team. Highly recommend the Watch Club.

Sold my watch to them. Overall good experience - no pressure or aggressive attitude unlike watchcentre on Bond Street which I also tried. Price was fair and money was paid by bank transfer. Why not full 5-star? The price they offered was lower on my second visit with the box and papers than their initial estimate / also payment took a bit longer than the 24hrs they’d said. But all in all I would use them again both to buy and sell in future - thanks Andrew for your help.
