Whilst staying in London we purchased a Rolex watch from The Watch Club. Before we visited their premises we checked through their website which was easy to navigate and understand. We were greeted by Danny at their premises on Old Bond Street and were talked through our options. Boy does Danny know his onions (or watches in this case)! The purchase was concluded in an open and transparent way - no stress what so ever. We will certainly be back.

The folks at the Watch Club know their business. They price fairly and the quality of service is second to none. Their selection is not particularly large but very well curated. As well as the usual desirable pieces (steel Daytona etc), they offer up a selection that is a little more special with beautiful vintage pieces as well as high end complications.

I had been searching the UK for a very particular new watch released by Rolex as a 50th anniversary model and found about three available on various sites that were established and reliable. After phoning Watch Club and speaking with Karina I was immediately put at ease with her pleasant personality and professional knowledge and candour. I also found their website to be the most detailed in the manner they display relevant information alongside their timepieces and chose to purchase from them. The entire process for me was as smooth as silk from the moment of exchanging initial banking details and making payment and finally through to receiving the watch which arrived not just very professionally and appropriately packaged but beautifully gift wrapped too. I couldn’t recommend Watch Club enough to any potential purchaser of fine timepieces.

Choices, choices, where does a newbie go to buy their first Rolex? Well, after studying the very high-res photos and detailed description of a 14060 on their website, I contacted The Watch Club. Karina was extremely polite and helpful and the purchasing process was straightforward. Within a few days I had my new watch and it was exactly as it appeared on the website and fully authenticated. I couldn't be happier and they will be my first choice if I decide to purchase another luxury watch.

Danny and his team always deliver! A new member Tracy was wonderful from enquiry to unboxing and like fine wine my third acquisition was better than the last. Covid secure, security inside and out is top-notch making you feel very relaxed (I love the Gurkhas!) and being able to service other watches and adjust my current one makes the Watch Club the perfect one-stop-shop for your horological needs.
