I was searching for a watch for around 6 months, and the model I was looking for was unavailable. I happened to come across it on Watch Club. I phoned them and they put the model on hold in the Bond Street arcade store. I turned up The next day and the staff could not have been more helpful. There was a no pressure environment, which made me feel comfortable, and they were very knowledgable. Their approach was friendly and informative, so I purchased the watch and I have been happy with it ever since. I also liked the chocolates they gave me while trying on the watch!
