Buying a second hand Rolex “blind” in these days of lockdown is a risk. The quality and magnification of the photographs of the watches on the website, means that you can really see the detail in the watches (it would be a bonus to have a photograph of the movement) and I was delighted with my watch. The service and speed of response was excellent - never left frustrated by any delay in response - and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I happened to come across this store while out shopping in Mayfair. What caught our eye was a very well curated window display and a super friendly doorman who kindly kept us engaged while other customers were being helped inside. Once there was space (social distancing!) we were ushered inside and met with Karina who showed us a few pieces that we saw on display and answered every question we had. We decided to purchase a beautiful lady datejust and she patiently adjusted the bracelet several times to ensure that it was the perfect fit for my wife. I will definitely use them again for the next time we're in the market for a watch and would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly service.

I would like to highlight the great service I received from Matt at Watchclub, Bond Street, London. I recently purchased a rare, limited edition Lange. Matt went to a lot of trouble to structure the right deal as I also part exchanged a different Lange.
