They delay the delivery. It was me to contact them to know why the delivery was delayed.

I'm really peeved with this company today. I broke my back wheel axle, walked 45 minutes in the wrong direction to get it fixed by them (having had my bike regularly serviced there) to be told they are no longer mending bikes. Crivens, guys, this is what a bike shop is for . . .

Good information about order and despatch. Quick delivery, well packaged. Good price.

Good impression at first but the bike I wanted was supposed to be in stock and then wasn't; when I settled on a second choice I was told I could remove the mudguards, lights etc and found that I couldn't. So not that impressed really.

Prompt service. Kept me informed. Good company.
