The people tried to get things done and were at the end of the phone or email when needed. Unfortunately, some our crucial timelines were over Christmas . The firm ‘closed down ‘ for Xmas and the New Year and due to annual leave on top of those days, things seemed to slow down . Outside of that , it was good .

I would highly recommend this firm. Stephen, Nadine and Ellie specifically were a great team to work with. They responded to e-mails very efficiently and always answered our calls, or returned them within half an hour. They were extremely knowledgeable of the industry, and we could trust all advice they provided. We instructed a different firm on the purchase of our property, and we certainly cannot give the same praise to that firm. In hindsight, we wish we had instructed GloverPriest for both sides of our transactions.

Cannot fault them in anyway. Helped with sale of a house which was not trivial as had leases attached and delayed probate. The legal bricks service they use to register everything online for all executors and owners was fantastic. Also provided updates and questions answered and resolved. A lot of old documents with relations to leases which are difficult for normal people to understand was handled perfectly when sent them. The service was very responsive and advice on all the bumps that happen with most house sales provided quickly. Just top notch service that I cannot fault.

Communication was bad. Documents lost. On a few occasions I was asked for the same documents. I was given out dated information when asking for an update. This happened several times. Emails were ignored or maybe missed, I don't know. When I was handed the keys to the house and saw that it wasn't cleaned at all, I sent emails with pictures asking for assistance. I called a few days later and was told that the vendors solicitors were contacted and I will receive an update once there is a response. I never heard from my solicitors again... Overall I felt they were working against us instead of for / with us. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because there was some action taken with immediate effect at some point, although this was done as a resolution to a complaint not as a high level service.
