IHeat have been brilliant from start to finish i literally order a new boiler on the Thursday and Saturday it was being delivered and fitted by waseem I couldn’t fault him he turned up on time and never stopped until the boiler was installed and up and running definitely would use the company again thankyou

Engineer Lee turned up on time introduced himself very pleasant an poliite. Dust covers laid out. Left him to do the install. Complete install tidied up (very tidy). Explained the operation of the boiler and warranty. Very happy. Thankyou

It was an easy process from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and after submitting some photos of our existing boiler they got in touch to say that the photos had been accepted. However, a short time later I received an email to say that we were to get in touch. A longer flue was required so had to pay a bit extra but that was fine. The payment options give a lot of flexibility. On the fitting day the engineer arrived within the promised time frame. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new boiler.

The process leading up to the fitting was slightly frustrating. The photos I uploaded were only reviewed in the afternoon, the day before my installation date. The installation couldn’t be booked for the day I selected but was booked in for the day after and was able to done in a day by a brilliant engineer, Johnathan. Johnathan was brilliant throughout the process and really helpful! He gave some really good advice and talked me through how it all worked!

Pete was punctual, very knowledgeable about anything to do with The Boiler, and answered any questions we had about our Worcester Bosch. He is clean and efficient and clever with carpentry, ie fitting back the cupboard. He carried downstairs a tall 5' water tank and each time he went upstairs he took his boots off and put down loads of dust sheets. We were very impressed with him and would always recommend Pete Wilson and your company (as agents of Worcester Bosch) and we could have done no better. Well done! Julie Powell.

Really pleased with iheat. Website was easy to navigate with a quick quote answer some simple questions. I called to get a few more questions answered, no queue and a really helpful lady too. They saved my quote (with a good deal) and I called back a short while later to book in the new boiler replacement. Booked on a Saturday with an installation date for the Tuesday (boiler stopped working the Friday). Had confirmation by Monday lunch time that it was all going ahead. Installer arrived in good time, great job, communication good and left no mess. Iheat followed up a few days later. Very pleased.
