I ordered the boiler on line following…

I ordered the boiler on line following iHeat's specification recommendation, I was contacted soon after placing the order letting me know the time and date of installation. The engineer called 30 mins before arriving, the installation was smooth and clean. I Heat followed up a couple of times checking all was ok, they also took care of the paperwork and registered the warranty...I have to say it was a great hassle free service thank you.

Excellent service

My boiler stopped working and temperatures were -1 so I started looking for a new boiler. After a lot of searching I found Iheat could fit one the next day and were also the cheapest. Ordering was easy and communication was great. I was informed of the time of fitting and who would be fitting my boiler. My fitter Daniel was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and did a great job removing and fitting my new boiler. Daniel made sure it was all working properly and showed me how to use the new boiler. Mess was minimal and my place was left clean and tidy. IHeat even register your warranty for you. I would highly recommend Iheat. I will now be using them to service my new boiler yearly.

Difficult period 1st Jan 2025!

Difficult period 1st - 5th Jan with no heating engineers available and tenants without heating and hot water. Contacted iHeat on 2nd Jan and arranged for boiler replacement on 3rd Jan.Unfortuanately engineer reported sick that day so another engineer appointed and worked all Sat.4th for successfull installation. Well done iHeat!

We brought our first home end of…

We brought our first home end of December and found the boiler to be faulty, Needing a solution quickly we found iHeat, and what a great experience from ordering to installation it was so easy. Glenn who came to fit our boiler was on time and professional and fast! And left no mess and explained how to use the boiler, perfect timing for the cold January weather! 10/10

In this day and age it is passing rare…

In this day and age it is passing rare to encounter a company that actually delivers a prompt, competent and highly efficient service with constant feed back and up dates on every aspect of the journey. This one most definitely does this and does it to a hitherto never met standard! Satisfaction was 100% in my case and it deserves the very highest rating and praise.
