Happy with iheat

I based my choice on reviews, do wanted to repay the favour! The iheat website was easy to navigate, live chat was very responsive, a pre-purchase question was answered fully and efficiently. Email confirmation of my booking gave all the info I needed and a call the day before checking I knew what to expect was reassuring. The fitters turned up nice and early, identified a small hitch almost immediately and suggested a solution (no additional cost). They worked hard and the boiler was fitted and working within about five hours. One radiator refused to get warm so they tinkered until it was fully working. Instructions on use were minimal, but all user manuals were left and are pretty easy to understand. Are iheat the cheapest? Probably not, but the service I received was first class and I feel satisfied I got value for money.

I needed a boiler quick; and I got a boiler quick. And there was someone at the end of the phone when I needed them; unlike many plumbers/heating engineers.

Installed quickly right before Christmas

Moved into our new house and the boiler was leaking. We thought it would be difficult to get it sorted before Christmas, but we ordered a new one with iHeat on Thursday afternoon for fitting on Monday morning. The fitters arrived about 10am and were done for about 5pm. We now have a toasty house for Chirstmas. My only criticism would be that the fitters were in and out all day in their shoes. I appreciate it's effort to keep taking off your shoes, but we'd just had new carpets fitted so I was bit annoyed as one of the carpets now needs cleaning and it's brand new. Maybe some shoe protectors or some sliders for inside a customer's home would be better especially in the rain if you're in and out all day.

Efficient Service

Easy to place order and arrange convenient time for fitting. Our boiler had broken so it was great that there wasn't a long lead time. iHeat kept to the arrangements made and although a lot of the booking is done online it was still possible to speak to a real person if necessary. They even register the warranty on your behalf and send reminders when a service is due ( needed to keep warranty valid)

Great service from application until…

Great service from application until completion, the whole process took about a week. We were caught short, moved house and the boiler packed in straight away, I didn't want to lose a chunk of our budget just on the boiler and installation alone. And the finance option made alot more sense for me. The installer Ben was fantastic. Kept me well informed throughout the works and was very clean and tidy. Would highly reccomend to anyone thinking about using iheat.

The engineer was on time

The engineer was on time, tidy, friendly but professional. And he was still that way when there was a problem with the water pipes in the street and it put 6 extra hours onto the job.

Very impressed

I was really impressed with iHeat. From the ease of ordering, the advice and clarification on the phone to the friendly and professional engineer who fitted the boiler a few days later, it all went incredibly smoothly. I was replacing an old back boiler with a new combi and the all inclusive price was very competitive. The engineer worked incredibly hard to finish the job in one day. He spent some time checking all the radiators and water flow and it was an unexpected bonus that iHeat take care of registering for the warranty. I can wholeheartedly recommend based on my experience.
