I've noticed that there's a hole from the wall above the loft where the overflow pipe from the boiler's pump pop-out and should be sealed with insulation foam or acceptable. Also the indicator valve arrows positions are inconsistently installed (e.g., most of them are slightly hidden / behind the valves). I'm struggling in connecting the handy hive gadget online. Anything else working well.

Customer service was easily available and effective. The installation and gas engineer provided was incredible. Our whole process was quick and well executed. No dramas attached. Would highly recommend.

He explained every aspect of the installation and provided clear and easy to follow instructions on how to use the thermostat. Amazing. If only every company provided such a high level of quality.

iHeat we’re easy to deal with. All done on line quick and easy to understand. From ordering to installation was quick. I was kept informed about who was coming, the time and date. A very good experience using iHeat, easy to order boiler online and upload photos of our property. The boiler was installed in 48 hours of ordering, our engineer Juris was really friendly and explained everything regarding what would happen and did a great installation of the new boiler. The installation work was done on the agreed day and the the engineer fully explained the new boiler and it's controls after installation. We can highly recommend iHeat for both price & customer service.

I would not recommend this company, had a new boiler fitted last week. Have water pouring out an overflow out the back door which has resulted in flooding. Also leaks under the sink. Iheat are refusing to fix because it's not the boiler
