Almost 1 year waiting for the products. Never receive it. Never give me the choice of a refund. I won't recommend this brand.

Never ordering again.

4+ months wait to send 2 jerseys. Everytime you would ask about the jerseys they would be ready to be sent in a week but they were never sent(first excuse was that no zippers were available, then covid, then covid, then they were already in production(that lasted 3 plus months). After finally receiving them, both jerseys were ordered the same size yet one fits ok the other is so small it can’t be worn. Never ordering from these people again and I will recommend against it to everyone I know.

Great customer service!

I had already placed my order but realized it was the wrong size. They were able to find the aero suit and jersey that would be my best fit and switch everything out immediately before it shipped out. Kind and happy, the customer service was wonderful!

The Tee shirt has an incredible feel

The Tee shirt has an incredible feel. It did run a little big. I ordered a small but I think it is unisex.I am sure overtime it will shrink. Definitely worth the money!

I bought clothes for $340 in December…

I bought clothes for $340 in December 2019- i sent them 4 e-mails, last one they didnt answer. They drew the money from my account and never made my racing outfits!! I still 6. marts 2022 didn't get my clothes nor respond on my email.

I wish there was a better timeframe…

I wish there was a better timeframe given on how long items take in production. I had to email and follow up on my order status twice. Still very hesitant to order more items as I do not want to pay so much for shipping and also loose 20% to restocking fee if I just want to exchange the size. Otherwise I would totally buy way more stuff. Overall very happy with my most resent order.

Deeply disappointed

Deeply disappointed. This brand no longer exists for me. The only thing they need from you is money and after your order prepayment you would get constant promises and lies about the status of the order. Felt like being diddled. In my case I placed an order in early August 2020. At first I was patient and calm. Month later I had been worrying and started e-mailing to clarify the issue. So I stuck in endless e-conversation with constant lies & excuses. Not only they basically wrote the same points every time, but it was also noticed that letters to other clients were copy-pasted… like word by word.. LTP, are you robots? As a result, I finally turned to the bank & thanks to this involvement, I got a refund in March 2021. So basically LTP just circulated my money for about 7 months! Other than that now I see how LTP still have the audacity to accuse customers of false reviews.. LTP should be judged! If you are going through some business troubles & can't carry out orders anymore, then apologize and return the money right away! But due to your barbarous methods you kinda lost respect! Now the general opinion of you, that you are just scammers!
