Took months to get. The sizing guide was of 0 help. I got a medium kit that fits great but had to send two back for a large since they didn’t. Took more months. All “aero race jersey.” Still waiting for them to complete an order from August ‘20.

I was very pleased to finally receive…

I was very pleased to finally receive my delivery and super pleased with the product. I have had to wait nearly 12 months due to COVID and lost items in production. I did chase monthly and felt fobbed off by customer service. I was very concerned that I would never receive my order or my money back especially after reading reviews on line from people in a similar situation. Credit due when I contacted Love the pain on the online chat they confirmed that part of my order had been lost, 4 weeks later I received my delivery and I am very happy with the quality

Never buying from this brand ever…

Never buying from this brand ever again. Took 4 months to get what I paid for. Customer service was bad and never gave straight answers. I didn't get noticed until I started reaching out and posting my terrible experience on their instagram page, where several other customers related to my situation and shared their bad experience as well. They are quick to delete those posts. I consider myself lucky because I actually did finally get what I bought. But, Like I said. Never again.

Nice products bad customer experience

Love the look of your products but your customer experience is pretty terrible. Delays in shipping, quality control issues resulting in more delays. I ordered back in December and still have yet to get unfortunately and there has been no communication about status unless I ask for it. I'd stop operating like a drop ship store (especially when things are marked as "on sale" which one would presume you do because you actually had inventory) and try to fix your operational issues. Love the look but will probably never buy again due to the overall experience.

Never received items

Never received items, placed order in January sent emails asking for tracking number, did not heard back until I put stop payment in CC after 3 weeks of trying to get a tracking number. After that I received threating emails from this company. Today I still have not receive products and I will be taking action against this people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Good product, slow

Once this product finally arrived, we loved it! It took a very long time to ship and it was hard to get any concrete estimated dates, however I did always receive a reply when I asked for an order update. I just wish it would have come a little sooner.
