MacSell could ship item the same day as order, but only shiped the next day after i enquired about tracking number. The packing was good and item received in good condition. TCG service as always excellent, but their tracking updates need a lot of attention.

Macsell gave us a top class buying experience with the Sun brand 10.2KW hybrid solar charger we ordered on 23 September. It was delivered undamaged to Port Elizabeth on 3 October. The contents were exactly as described on their website, and installed with no problems at all. Highly recommend.

I bought and combo of lithium and inveter i only receivded a battery and still waiting for the inventer still today your service is very bad and unprossessional and even thinking of opening a fraud case no clear explanation why am not receiving my goods as per the delivery agreement on the website purchase was made on the 2oth of this month
