Mijn vrouw bestelde 2 weken geleden een nieuwe screenprotector voor haar mobiel. Het duurde 3 kwartier voor we de winkel uit waren, de verkoper had hele verhalen over bestellingen die niet afgehaald werden. Het was voor hem moeilijk ons te vertrouwen, en zijn toon stond ons niet aan. Maar schoorvoetend de bestelling gedaan. Vanmorgen konden we een hoesje ophalen, die wij niet besteld hadden. Toen we toch zijn gaan kijken of de screenprotector binnen was, en we melden dat we geen hoes besteld hadden, beschuldigde hij ons van de fout, want het stond zo in zijn systeem. Toen ik weerwoord gaf, werdt hij ronduit agressief, en met een scheldkanonnade van hem zijn we geschrokken vertrokken. Ik raad iedereen aan hier (FoneZone Den Bosch) ver van weg te blijven! 1 ster is te veel!!!

I ordered an Apple Watch series 9, gold stainless steel case and gold stainless steel bracelet but I received a pink colored Apple Watch with pink teflon band that is listed cheaper than the one I ordered. I have reached out to them for a replacement to no avail. Their only means of communication is on WhatsApp and they stopped responding to my messages. Their email address is not open.
