Absolutely loved the personalised slate. Bought it for my partner as a small gesture towards the BBQ he bought for when we're allowed to see family and friends again. But he says it's too nice to use and wants it on display instead. Well packaged and quick delivery.

Ordered a lovely mug for my son’s birthday and it was dispatched in plenty of time. Unfortunately Royal Mail decided to take the package on a mystery tour of the UK. I contacted Gemma, who was extremely helpful and could see the bizarre tracking of the package. Knowing it was for a birthday present she arranged for another mug to be dispatched on a 24hr delivery and I’m glad to say it arrived in time for his birthday. I’ve not seen it but my son seems very happy with it- even if he doesn’t really accept the message on it 😂. Couldn’t fault the customer service!
