Patchy faint engraving

Ordered via Friends of Joules the engraved chopping board for a Christmas present. Arrived quickly but engraving poor quality. So disappointed Unable to get a response as phones not being answered so had to contact Joules. It took 20 days before I got a patronising “won’t do anything response”! If your customer has to accept poor quality engraving that looks old and warn and you think is acceptable and normal then state that in your website! I never normally write reviews and complain Won’t be ordering again! **** January 2021 I have now received my replacement board and it’s much better thank you for re thinking your original decision. This is how customer Service should be and I am grateful for your humble and honest response.

The product was fine but the whole experience…

The product was fine (no typo like the last I ordered), but the whole shopping experience / service was not ideal (eg super delayed response to customer queries, late delivery, parcel tracking link was not up to date etc.) These could be all attributable to COVID, but still... Note: third item I bought from the site this year.

Loved the personalised cork wallet I bought for my Dad as a gift and he really likes the light colour. It was handy to have personalisation on the inside too as I was able to put my phone number on there as my Dad has dementia, so now he always has my number on him.
