My Customer Service Agent was Mrs. Michelle. She was excellent! My Package was taking longer than my other purchases. So, I emailed Ebony Customer Service. Mrs. Michelle was fast in replying, very concerned, knowledgeable, friendly, and sent me Tracking info! WOW! But, after contact Ebony, I realized the Holiday Shipping had begun; meaning delays (my previous orders were out of holiday season.) I was under the weather & didn't go to my mailbox until November 20th. Shoot! The Package was inside mailbox 5 days earlier– on November 15th! Yet, she knew that, but out of the kindness of her heart, she didn't make me feel like a "Nut"! Lol! Thanks, Darling! Lol!
