Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience! I used this company because you can buy multiple quantities and also fast shipping was guaranteed. I made 2 large purchases my 2nd order was cancelled and refunded without reason. So I emailed and asked if it was the size of the order but they claimed it was a duplicate order and they could fulfill my request and deliver in time. So I was told to reorder, mind you I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund. So I submitted the same order and I paid for expedited priority shipping for each order. 5 days go past my expected shipping date so I reach out for updated shipping and I was told they only had 17 out of the 73 packs if hair I ordered. Told me I had to wait 5-7 days for them to restock. Never reached out or gave me a heads up or told me they couldn’t fulfill my order in the time requested. Very unprofessional and now I’m waiting on 3 refunds.

This company has horrible customer…

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered my items and they said that they would be delivered by Wednesday. This is why I ordered them because they said they will be delivered by Wednesday. Monday comes and there's no email saying that they were shipped. I get in touch with customer service and they said that they haven't shipped anything because there was one item that did not have my color in stock. I told them that I needed my wigs because I was going out of town on Friday. When they finally shipped my items (which will not be here by Friday before I board my plane), I noticed that they shipped via USPS. I paid for for UPS ground. That was almost $12. Horrible horrible customer service. They could have told me that one item was not in stock and could have shipped the other items beforehand. I will not be shopping with this company again.

Can't understand the color numbers

I had called this company trying to get a understanding about the color code they were not very helpful absolutely rude actually so I won't be ordering from this company and after reading the reviews I know I'm not ordering from them because I feel that the price is too cheap that's the way they can have a quality product is cheap

This company is an absolute joke! I ordered 4 wigs in reddish brown and they sent me 4 solid black wigs. Trying to get a return authorization and refund from them has been ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they lied to them and said they had emailed me a return authorization. The BBB then sent me a so called copy of it which is totally blurred and impossible to read. The company does not answer phone calls or respind to emails. What a joke! Now Im out all the money and stuck with 4 stupid black wigs that I cannot use. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They won’t help you no matter how loyal of a customer you are

LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2016. Never had an Issue with a single delivery until my most recent one. I have a genetic condition, can’t grow my own hair so i NEED wigs, i wear them every day all day until i go to bed.. so imagine how many I’ve ordered since 2016 and NEVER HAD AND ISSUES UNTIL YESTERDAY. My package said it was delivered Monday, i get home from work and it’s not here so i email customer service and let them know. There’s not a single thing that they’re going to do to help me replace or refund my $100 order because i didn’t pay an extra $40 for a signature. Almost 10 years of being a customer, with no issues and this is how customer service treats you. I would rather go spend more money on another site than deal with people that don’t take care of their customers. I could see if i was someone who had constant issues….. BUT THIS IS THE FIRST AND ONY ISSUE SINCE 2016 AND THEY WONT HELP ME. And fyi i would have been happy with a $10 store credit for my $100 lost order, it’s the fact they don’t care to do anything at all that’s pathetic.

The website takes your money for expedited shipping but does not have the item in stock. They never tell you that it is not in stock.

False advertisement! I order 3 wigs and paid for them to get to me in 2 days with UPS Ground expedited shipment. Well get to the delivery date and No alerts or heads up anything. When I placed the order it does not state that it is not in stock, It states same day shipping not out of stock. So I contacted them wondering where my order was and that was when I was told that they were waiting on 1 of my items. I told them I was not aware that it was not in stock so they told me that I could get a refund for the 1 wig but kept my shipping fee and taxes. Still waiting on order to ship but Never again!

Wig - wrong color

I order product from the company. The company sent me the wrong item. The email had the product in it with the color. Now the company wants to charge me restocking fee for their mistake. I should not be charged for restocking because of their lack of attention to detail when shipping out the product. I should not have to pay to ship product back, and I should not be charged restocking fees. This is poor business practice.
