Michelle' Customer service was excellent I ordered a wig that they did not have in the colour I wanted. Michelle emailed me and told me this and asked me if I want the same wig in a different colour I looked and I said yes I change the colour to what I wanted she put the order in in a timely manner her response to my emails are excellent I was impressed with with the response time.

EBONYLINE IS DISGUSTING!! THOSE SLOW ACTING ILLITERATE SOUNDING MUSK RATS ARE VILE. I RECEIVED AN USED WIG THAT WAS ALREADY OPENED UPON ARRIVAL. IT HAD A POWDERY SUBSTANCE ALL OVER IT WHICH GAVE ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION. OBVIOUSLY A RETURNED UNIT THERE WAS NOT TAGS OR PAPER PACKAGING INCLUDED. IT CAUSED MY SKIN TO WELT/ITCH . I WASN'T ASKING FOR A REFUND ONLY TO RECEIVE ANOTHER REPLACEMENT. NO APOLOGY WAS EVER RENDERED. WHEN I ADVISED THEM I REFUSE TO PLACE MY HEALTH IN HARMS WAY BY TOUCHING A UNIT THAT HAD A POWDERED SUBSTANCE COVERING IT . THEY CONTINUED TO DISCONNECT THE CHATS. THERE ARE NO LIVE REPS I ASKED FOR THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF LEADERSHIP AND THEY DISCONNECTED THE CHAT MORE 3X NEVER ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER. ALSO YOU FONKY HX HAVE MY NAME WRONG HERE EBONYLINE
TWO BAD WIGS LATER...
I purchased 2 wigs (Vanessa La Jay BT4888) from this company. The first time I ordered it took them two weeks to actually send it to USPS for shipping, I got the wig and it was nice coming out of the pack and 2 hours later, the wig looked and felt like STRAW. I figured it was a bad wig and tried again with this company so I ordered the same wig through Amazon and it got to me rather quickly. Now this wig was also nice right out of the pack but for only 24 hours later, it too started to look and like straw but not as bad as the first. With that said, I won't be using EBONYLINE for wig purchases.
