Hector really helped me out. Even though they didn't have what I originally wanted he did offer an alternate and I'm happy with that

I placed an order for my "vacation hair" and received an email (including an apology) informing me that some of my order was not available. Although it was a little disappointing, I was given a list of options of available hair and asked how I wanted to proceed. I've dealt with companies that would put the items on back order without informing me. Hector was very professional and courteous. I have ordered from ebonyline.com for years and I will continue to be a customer because I feel like my business is appreciated. It's people like Hector that make life a little easier. :)
