I had a hiccup on a wig I really wanted and was waiting for to wear at an event, but I received an email that the manufacturer hadn't sent it, therefore, Ebonyline couldn't send to me. Although I was disappointed, Daejonna worked diligently with me via email to help me make another choice. I didn't just receive an email and then got ghosted, I would receive immediate responses, as I was trying to find a replacement. Daejonna was AWESOME!!
