There was some issues with scheduling due to a time zone difference between me and the tutor. Usually, if the tutor cannot arrive, Wiingy cannot provide a temporary substitute for said session. That affects my ability to study and keep up with my math class homework. The tutor I have is fantastic, sometimes life gets in the way of our meetings. However, Wiingy, please have substitute tutors available for the future. Wiingy provides email notifications and is very good at letting me know how many sessions I have remaining. Whatsapp is the app used to communicate with the tutor and Wiingy. Fairly fast to respond, but sometimes they take a while to respond.
