My Chemistry tutor has been great. I paid for 20 hours and needed more so I ended out with a total of 35 hours of tutoring. It'll be a lot of hours when I'm done but well worth it since I now know Chemistry again after not studying it for almost 30 years.

Overall, my experience was a positive one. If I had my time again, I would have read the terms and conditions a little closer at the beginning of this journey. The 10-day cooling off period wasn't long enough to really get to know if I would be able to coordinate consistent times with my tutor. This was an issue as unfortunately; the first tutor had their own study pressures, and this, together with the different time-zones made coordinating our sessions quite challenging. There was zero flexibility from Wiingy after expressing my concerns with this situation. With 22 hours of tuition remaining after paid up front, it was preserve or abandon those hours. Wiingy did work hard to find another tutor. A similar situation occurred with the second tutor who was working through some exams at the same time I was. The third tutor however was excellent, we were able to coordinate sessions and she was as clever as the first 2 but with a more patient and responsive approach. I do recommend working early to set a routine with your tutor as this will show how well sessions can be coordinated between both parties. I am very grateful for all three tutors as they helped me through some concepts that were difficult for me to grasp, particularly Khushii. They were connected to the content and had all the answers to all my questions. I enjoyed the time we spent together. As long as the challenges coordinating between time-zones and our individual study schedules is discussed early, I would recommend the Tutors from Wiingy to help you with your studies.
