my tutor is great

Hey guys, this place is way too expensive and they pressure you into paying for too many classes. I now have thirty hours that I have no use for, and I can’t get a refund. I was also forced into paying day of with no other choice.

I feel that the tutoring is very thurrow and helpful, if I have any doubts in what I am learning we quickly review it before going back to the main question.

The people I am in contact with take a very long time to respond to my texts. Even sometimes ignoring them and then I’d have to text them again. I’d just like to have some form of reliable communication but seems like there isn’t much point in trying as I get ignored. I don’t like giving bad reviews but that is how I have experienced my time with Wiingy. I also received a text recently saying that I had 3.9 sessions left and have been trying to use those sessions but the time it has taken for them to respond to my different texts makes it not worth my while

Perfect teachers and very convenient price

Our tutor has gone missing. The woman who organized the tutor and said she would be available if there were problems doesn’t respond and can’t be reached. Pre-paid $800 and no tutoring going on two weeks now. Can’t reach any one to find out what happened with the tutor, get a different one, or refund our money. I will say though, that the tutor when we first started did an excellent job and we have no issue for the quality of teaching. Just constant issues with scheduling, trying to setup a regular, consistent, schedule every week seems impossible. And now, no one can be reached without explanation.

They are great at breaking down subjects to understand.
