I started taking classes with them since my journey in universty and they are great with everything they have many subject that are available which really great especially for uni. Students. I can't say more because my tutors are great and they try all they're best so I can get the best outcome. I will highly recommend wiingy if you want a tutor for any subject you find it difficult or just wanna get the highest mark.

I have a good teacher because she explains everything well without going too fast. She makes me feel good after every session feeling more confident in the topic.

I feel the communication is brilliant and ease of use of accessing the class is also great. So far we have had 2 sessions with the same tutor. This helps a lot.

I booked a customized 8 sessions and paid hundreds of dollars for that. At the end of 6 sessions, however, they told me my "time" had run out and I needed to pay for another two sessions. I explained how it wasn't time but by sessions and each session was scheduled for 1 hour. I even showed them the original contract. At that point, they said they would only offer me 1 "complimentary" session. We showed up online for the following session, and they ghosted us. They also haven't responded to any of our inquiries to schedule for two more sessions or to get partial refund. Got cheated from them unfortunately. Parents, beware of enrolling your students in this tutoring service. They are maximizers to just get your money, and given you have to pay the money upfront, be wary of really bad customer service experience and just getting ripped off of your money after you pay. Update as of 3/13/24: I keep getting contacted by Wiingy, asking me to take down my review. They said they fulfilled their obligation for the tutoring sessions and want me to take it down now. I think I read another review of similar experience, where you think you are working with a private/personal tutor, only to encounter Wiingy on the video call, only to then be paired with a tutor you didn't request. It's pretty clear the other reviews are also planted reviews to simply bolster the rating.
