I usually don't leave reviews, but Greenbuyback is quite impressive. They're extremely communicative, and they paid me for my item via PayPal within hours of receipt. I received the amount I expected and I'm excited to sell my items to them again in the near future.

My process started out rough. Sent in my galaxy s6 that has always had a case on it. No scratches or dents anywhere. I received an email from green buy back saying that AT&T still had that phone under contract and if I don't pay it off then they will only give me $35 for the phone rather than the $150 I was promised. A quick check on my AT&T account and an email saying that the phone was free of contract corrected this. Green buy back acknowledged it and sent $150 to my new PayPal account. I'm new to PayPal and didn't realize there is a 21 day hold before the funds are released! I contacted green buy back and they requested that I cancel the pending transaction and they will issue me a check. I had quick responses from the company and I even think the CEO got involved to solve the issue. Very happy with the outcome and will be using them from now on!
