Tried to sell my used cell phone to a competitor company of Greenbuyback....they offered online what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone....they replied they found small scratches (there were none) so they dropped their offer by $20....had them send it back to me. The other company is trying to scam people. Then sent phone to Greenbuyback and they offered what I thought was reasonable....sent them the phone...they said phone was in perfect condition and sent me payment! A win win situation.
