Process was very simply and easy to use. Shipped my phone to them and within a day or two of them receiving it, the money was in my Paypal account. Highly recommended for those of us who don't want to go through the trouble of selling the phone on our own to a private party.

I dropped water over my mac, lot of it, and it's completely destroyed. I went to apple stores and they asked me 750$ for the repair which I rejected and came home disappointed. I sent in my package no problems printing the mail in label, love the free shipping. A week later I get an email saying I was approved, then got my check in the mail 4 days later. I deposited it, no I'm just waiting to make sure it does not bounce. I like how you get actual money for your phone.

The whole selling process is very easy and convenient. Would have liked a little more cash but considering you don't have to pay to ship it it works out pretty well. My phone was completely waterlogged and I doubt many parts are usuable but at least I got "something" for it.
