Il 26/6/23 ho ordinato la resistenza del forno, dopo 2 giorni era già in consegna ma il corriere non è riuscito nella consegna perché nell'indirizzo mancava la dicitura "via" davanti al nome della via stessa, quindi ho contattato l'assistenza clienti tramite e-mail ma stranamente non hanno capito cosa avrebbero dovuto fare ovvero contattare il Corriere e dare nuove istruzioni che io prontamente ho fornito, preciso che nel tracciamento il corriere era in attesa da parte di FixPart di nuove istruzioni. Ne deduco che l'assistenza clienti è inesistente. Nel frattempo la merce è tornata indietro loro mi hanno contattata sempre e solo per e-mail, nonostante io avessi fornito anche il numero del mio cell.,scusandosi per l'accaduto e che gratuitamente mi avrebbero mandato un nuovo prodotto che arriva dopo due giorni ma sempre all'indirizzo incompleto, oggi leggo nel tracciamento che il corriere non consegna perché l'indirizzo è errato!!!! Quindi non mi è rimasto altro da fare che chiedere il rimborso per mancata consegna. Vorrei capire dove si inceppa il servizio e perché!!!

J ai retourné la pièce commandée le 12 mai 2023,accusé de réception du retour de colis.Pas de remboursement malgré ma plainte. Pompe de vidange lave vaisselle. numéro de commande 202301577640

I had a very positive experience. Great communication with the suff. I order a rather expensive car part that they had to order for me. Then I needed to cancel the order after they already had ordered the part. They did cancel it and issued refund for me without any problems. Kudos for that.

I have ordered Mercedes 200c NOX sensor from Fixparts online on 5th of October 2022 for the price of 525.60 Euro total including post and package . On the Website you will see the company is stablish in Glasgow even when you call it is showing that you are talking to someone in Glasgow ,then you are thinking that you are dealing with UK company and they charge you post and package separate and you are thinking the payment is completed but the time of delivery which you have to wait long send another Invoice that you have to pay £102.60 for tools and tax , WHY ? Because the company is not in UK at all it is in Latvia and you do not know if it is suitable for UK car or not and when I called them and ask why you did not mention when you are selling they just cut off the phone against you and if you want to return they are not accept it and ignore customer . What can you call this kind of False Company ??? Cheater or WHAT ?????
